"I'll trust that everything was checked thoroughly, though there was very little interaction regarding specifics checked or whether they were close to spec or not. Normally techs voluntarily put on booties when entering to protect carpets, but I had to ask John to do this. Both my furnace and humidifier were turned way up to test (totally fine) but were not turned back down to where they were, so when I got home later in the day my house felt like a steam room. I've already been weighing the benefits of the yearly maintenance contract and will likely not renew - not just because of this visit."

"Our technician was awesome and very knowledgeable, but I felt he tried to upset us at every turn. He offered to replace our humidifier filter for $93 for a $12 filter and 5 minutes of labor. We will do it ourself. He didn't offer to replace the filter in our furnace until I asked him if it wasn't part of the service agreement, so then he did. He also said we should think about replacing our water heater. He is possibly correct, but it added to the feeling of being uphold."

However, I felt the 2 service techs were anxious to get done and leave as it took them about 15 minutes to complete, maybe because the furnace is just a couple of years old. When my renter got home that night there was a service code 207 on his thermostat, I called to get a repairman to check it out and according to him the techs did not reset something and it would have been obvious had they checked the thermostat before they finished."

Our AC went out Tuesday we had a tech from your team assess the AC and was told we needed over $2,100 to get the AC going again, let alone secondary components that were supposedly going out as well that was roughly another $4,000+ to fix. I was then presented an AC and Furnace replacement of roughly $14,000!!! I immediately was red flagged and had another AC group come out and assess and only component I needed was the capacitor..... Which was $350. Much less and honestly I'm blown away at what my wife and I experienced. This other team made sure to try there best to get the AC going as we have a baby in this high heat... We basically threw our $200 service fee away to have nothing fixed super upset."

"The technician arrived at 445 after being told our window was 10-noon. Spent less than 30 minutes diagnosing issue. Diagnoses came back needing close to 2K in parts and service for a unit I purchased from you 6 years ago for close to 30K. I called another independent HVAC repairmen who coincidentally used to work for you who came out and fixed the unit with no new parts needed for $300.00. It's obvious you are a sales organization first and foremost with very little attention to detail. I don't know how else to state my dissatisfaction. I wish I had used a different company years ago as I feel like I was taken for a ride."

Not even sure where to start. 1) being sent to collections when I paid the bill immediately in 2020 (you have never left my house without me paying) 2) taking months and months and many phone calls to get resolved. 3) have a lovely technician come on Sunday whom I wouldn't have had come but he assured me I had a maintenance plan 4) being told the next day that I didn't have a maintenance plan. Thankfully the tech gave me maintenance plan pricing. 5) Paid $400+ and calling and having no one know what was going on... 6) having a tech call and not have any idea what is going on. 7) thankfully we asked the tech that came on Monday to write us a receipt so we could explain what was going on and what we had already paid for! 8) Being told Tuesday we were the highest priority then calling Wednesday and being told the call was on 'hold' because the line was frozen when we called Tuesday afternoon and had said it was thawed. 9) Basically, the worst customer service! I have bought a new HVAC system from you as well as TWO water heaters. You will not get my business again!"

"My AC was freezing up. The tech and estimator to me I needed a new furnace blower, circuit board and a new AC unit. The Service Experts estimate was between $12,397 and $18,070 depending on the AC unit. On line the 4 ton Lennox 16 unit online is $2,800; the bit was $12,397. I talked with another AC company and they said replace the $8 air filter. I did and the AC is working perfectly now. This seems extremely unethical that Service Experts would try to make me pay $12-$18K when all was needed was a new furnace filter to increase the air flow. I had to pay over $200 to have Service Experts try to scam me. I've been a customer for over 15 years, never again would I trust this company. Its as close to stealing as posible."

"Chris did a fine job. But I am a multi-year customer and I pay a monthly fee to cover biannual servicing of my evaporative cooler. I had appointments pre-scheduled for June 3 and October 1 made months ago. My understanding of the plan is that it would cover these two service appointments as I started up and closed down the cooling season, and that I would be given preferred pricing on parts. I received a call 30 min. before the June 3 appointment that the company could no longer service the cooler because of its roof configuration. Happily, the technician reluctantly agreed to get me up and running for the summer, installed a small replacement part and gave me a bill for $250. I was told I would have to locate another company for the next service and that the October appointment would be cancelled. I spoke with office staff asking that my monthly fees, designed to cover the service, be refunded, as I paid a generous price for the service visit, which I understood was covered by the monthly agreement. I was told that that would not be the case and that I would not receive the requested refund. The handling of this change in policy was poorly thought out and unfair. I will not be using Service Experts again or referring the company to others; I suspect that other affected customers will share my feelings.
